FAQ

DISCLAIMER: Preorders will take time (approximately 1-2 months) for production. Preorder time itself is separated from production time so overall timeline is usually 3 months on average from open preorder, close preorder, production, and shipping.

• Anything noted as a PREORDER will not be shipped immediately. Please make sure to read the description regarding timelines of production and shipment. 
• Anything else will be shipped within 3-4 business days. I aim for 1-2 days but I also work weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
• I do not ship on holidays and I avoid shipping the day before holidays.
• Orders will shipped on Monday - Friday.
• Orders after 5:00 PM CST will be shipped out the next day unless it's Friday, in which case it'll be shipped out on the following Monday.

PREORDERS FAQ:

• Before 1/10/24, all preorders went through a 3 payment format (item, international shipping, domestic shipping) very similar to how I run my group orders. Now that I've moved it all to bigcartel and will be keeping it on bigcartel, I'll be moving onto a ONE TIME PAYMENT process and I'll be calculating INT shipping based on previous costs to be included in the original price. This way, no emails will be sent out for INT shipping. One initial price (either preorder pricing or post preorder pricing) will be what you pay!
• If you order multiple preorder items or already ready items with a preorder item, it will be shipped when the last preorder item is available.
• Reminder that preorders are NOT refundable. If you request a refund and I decide to refund your order, you will be blacklisted from future preorders.
